Cheah Han Chen founded Helios Petroleum in 2014 after building his career across downstream oil supply chains, refinery economics, mergers and acquisitions, oil trading and operations. An Electrical Engineer by training with an MBA from the University of Oxford, he has led the development of Helios into an integrated fuel, marine logistics and industrial services group supporting complex commercial, offshore and government-related operations.
Cheah Han Liang co-founded Helios Petroleum and has played a central role in building its operational capabilities. With more than a decade of experience managing fuel supply, marine logistics and land transportation, he brings extensive practical knowledge of downstream operations and project execution. He began his career as a tax consultant with PwC, providing a strong foundation in commercial governance, financial discipline and business operations.
